It’s advertised as 10 pair, 20 pads....What I got was 5 pair, 10 pads....the box even clearly states 10 count, I feel ripped off.

I always have trouble staying asleep so I decided to try these! Miracle product!

These are absolutely disgusting. Threw the box away after only one use.
