These work as advertised for the most part. For added security I soldered the wire after crimping it. My only problem with these is that sometime the metal inserts are not completely centered inside the plastic housing. I used round needle nose pliers to push and pull them just enough so the plugs would fit together.

If you are looking for automotive connectors these are you guys. Better than most OEM.

These worked perfectly for the project I bought them for. They fit tight together and should be weather proof long term. These are more involved in assembly than most wiring connectors, so should only be installed by folks who are electrically inclined.

I added 2 speakers to a 2019 Starcraft Pontoon boat. These plugs/terminals matched the plugs on the wiring harness of the boat and made installation very simple and professional looking. A bit pricey but I'm happy with the product.

very easy to use. make sure you get the pin and gasket mounted in the crimper the right way. you will probably ruin one before you get it right. just experience.

This was my first experience installing this style of connectors. I also purchased the appropriate crimping tool, and the install (four connectors) went well and look original.
