Soft plastic (melted). Great pixels on the lens!
After a year of use [2018-2019] Pro: excellent quality picture.CON: the size is large, there are smaller devices with the same picture quality. The plastic is soft it has melted on my camera due to sun heat in the car, and I cannot turn the lens anymore. :-(

Dead in one day
Worst cam I ever purchased, it was dead in one day. Very cheap, will never buy this cam again

Not reliable, not recommended
Bought this product in August of 2019.. all was well but I didn't realise that it doesn't actually loop record.. instead it made it's final recording in September of the same year. I know this because when someone hit my vehicle, I checked through and the last recordings were dated as such. So, I looked to get a new 32gb SD card and low and behold.. the camera corrupted the new card, and a third one.. would love to know if there is an update or fix for this as it's clearly been a rip off for 1 months service.. and to think, it had me fooled for over a year!

It’s 4k HD!!! Crystal Clear!
One of the best dash cam cameras I’ve bought. I was sceptical at first (4K) but I was proven wrong. Picture quality is perfect even at night. Light and durable. Wires aren’t flimsy and cheap. Easy to instal. Would get another one for my other vehicle. Would recommend to my friends and family.
