The only thing they can do in my opinion to make the product better is to label each of the parts and have a better assembly brochure. It was a little confusing to put together.

The media could not be loaded. I'll start with what I like. Shipping was incredibly fast. Package comes in two parts. Opened package and wood is incredibly beautiful. Has a nice tint to it, and beeswax completely covered the material.I started putting together and nothing, NOTHING fit together. You could've basically bought wood and cut the cross patterns yourself easier than trying to make these fit together. Nothing sits flush and makes the brood box uneven when stacking each together as seen in my photos and videos.I don't have bees inside yet so I'm unable to comment on the flow release, and if it works well or not. I'll have to do some physical work to the wood to make it fit well.
