Great Firm Roller
This is a much firmer roller than the foam ones I've used before but I love it for that reason. I use this for exercise and stretching and find that it rolls great along a yoga mat even on a carpeted floor. The logo on the end is cute but it's also only branded on that 1 end which I find really tasteful. Looks great with my foam yoga blocks ( Premium Cork Yoga Blocks by Yogalo (2-pack) ) in the living room tucked under the chair too; if I have something that is beautiful, functional and available I am more likely to use it!If you want or need a foam roller that is soft, has a lot of give or that feels like a back massage, then this is not gonna be your jam but for helping to intentionally release muscle tension for a deeper stretch this is my go to!

The cork equivalent of particle board
I bought this expecting a roller that was actually a chunk of cork wood (it's advertised as "natural", after all). You know how particle board is basically sawdust mixed with glue and pressed into shape? That's what this is - complete with the strong chemical smell. The fact that all the reviews talk about how heavy it is should have been a clue (cork is extremely light).I was still thinking of keeping it just to save the hassle of a return, when I noticed that its edges were leaving beige marks on my yoga mat - meaning this unsealed roller was actually shedding cork dust (and god knows what other chemical glues or plastics are holding it together) into my home and, presumably, lungs. The fact that the surface is unsealed means it's porous - which, for something that's meant to be in frequent contact with the floor and a sweaty human body, is pretty offputting. This thing is going to start looking and feeling gross pretty quick. If you have eco-guilt, you're better off looking for a used plastic roller on craigslist than getting some faux-greenwashed product like this shipped to you from halfway across the country.

Durable eco-friendly option
This is perfect for what I have been needing! It is firm roller, wonderful for not only general fascia massage, but my Katy Bowman classes in Restorative Exercise as well. The best part is that it is made from natural materials, so I know that my impact is a little less toxic than it could otherwise be for purchasing a standard roller. This feels GOOD, even as is, and I also enjoy wrapping a thicker blanket around it and keeping it connected with a yoga strap on each end!Thankful for this company making eco-friendly yoga tools.

VERY firm
I don't love this roller only because it is very dense and thus is very hard compared to other foam rollers I have used in the past. I suppose I just didn't know how firm "extra firm" was, but fair warning to others, it is HARD.

Cool quality roller that I actually use!
I love the cork texture of this roller. It’s got a much nicer feel to it than most rollers. It’s also pretty firm, which is great to work out those trouble spots. I’ve also already used this one more often than other rollers I’ve owned as it looks beautiful and I don’t hide it my closet forgetting to use it. The size is also nice and compact. Love it!

Recycle cork
Purchased cork because more earth friendly. Does not have slight give compare to plastic/foam versions. Hurts if rolling over bones.

Love it
I was concerned when I read the reviews saying this was way heavier than other rollers. I bought this and a full-size foam one, so I can compare at home. I'm always reaching for this one! I love the additional weight. I've used it on our hardwood and on a 100% wool carpet on hardwood.

As long as you want a hard roller and love natural materials, this is for you.
This cork roller is great if you want a really HARD roller. It does not seem like it will break down over time because it is very dense and heavier than other foam rollers we have used. Love the aesthic and that it is made of natural materials! Hurts so good...
