It may be worthwhile for the price but read to find what you are getting
I just got this product today. In recent days I bought several knee warming products. Yes I am almost 70 and have a serious knee problem, trying to avoid replacement as long as I can. This one was on the low cost side - I got 30% off the listed price so thought it is worth trying. Once you hook it up to a suitable USB power source it works quite well. It is somewhat slow to heat but once heated, certainly the maximum setting provides an adequate amount of heat. There area couple of things very important things you need to know. This product really intended to be used with a battery for nice portable heating - the cable is only 6 inches long (or less) and terminates in a male USB end. Photos show it with a white Lithium battery and seemingly shows a pocket on the wrap where you can put the battery in. Of course for $15 no battery is supplied. The thing is I have a battery but this battery (used as a emergency phone supply) terminates in a male micro-USB end. I haven't done research on cheap batteries you may be able to use but I suspect most of them will be made for phone charging and have similiar termination. This means that you will need another USB female to Micro USB female connector ($6-$7 on Amazon). If at home you want to use with a plug-in USB power supply you may already have, you still need a cable unless you want to remain within 6 inches of that charger Again you need a cable and the power Supply,
