Bought this for a home salon and this shampoo bowl is super cute and comfy. The bowl itself is nice and large and I like how the neck is adjustable even tho I thought it was adjustable in a way where you can move the shampoo bowl in an angel and it would stay there. Instead if it isn't sitting on your clients shoulder it's will drop if that makes sense. Anyways I haven't gotten any complaints and it's perfect.
