Terrible customer service
Brought one of their products at a retail store, but found it was defective on the Left headphone playing at a lower volume than the right headphone. The store wouldn't allow me to return the purchase, so I sent a ticket to CobaltX but they never got back to me to help replace my headphones. I enjoy the cheap cost yet high quality and nice style of the product but only wish their customer service was better at following up with these issues.

WOW These suck! You get what you pay for
I am still using a pair of Behringer HPX2000 and merely wanted an inexpensive pair of Bluetooth headphones for mixing music. My old ones blow these things out of the the water. The sound is muffled and flat. No rich highs and lows and just sounds cheap. Sound is not crisp for hearing variations in music. Save your money and go with something better.
