The ordering process was easy. After ordering I sent them the order ID then I sent the picture that I wanted to be printed on the tote bag including the texts.Before printing the image on the bag they sent me a preview of it so I could verify, which was very professional of them.I received the order ahead of time. The quality of the bag is very good. The picture is also colourful. I am very happy as this was a gift for loved one. The only thing is the bag is not very large. But good enough to hold a a few king size books, a water bottle and a pouch. It's an open bag without zipper.You can go ahead if you want a customised tote bag, without giving a second thought. They have been really helpful and professional

The quality of the bag is as par. The customization is also done well. Kudos to the team involved.
