I love the product, but this time it was damaged. The activator leaked out (see pictures) so I have a jar of relaxer I will not be able to use. Money wasted.

My sister is my beautician. This product is what she uses for my sensitive scalp. The beauty supply here is Georgia has stopped keeping it in stock. I love this product. Wish there was a salesman here in Macon.

I will miss designer touch no lye relaxer for sensitive scalp.
I like this product because it has no lye in it and it doesn’t burn the scalp. My hairstylist in New York used this product in my hair as other clients for sensitivity and because I have lupus. He told me he cannot get it anymore. Did the company went out of business?

Why you received incomplete product.
Lots of stuff missing inside,only thing in the box is the relaxer and the liquid activator. This is bad when you pay for it and and you never received the complete product. Won't give any star for this purchase.
