I used the product once, it worked great, I loved the outcome. The second time I tried to use it, it was dry and the cap was on all the way, so I don’t know why it dried up. I tried again and the piece at the end got shoved into the actual pen part and most definitely didn’t work then. Maybe I just had a defective one? I don’t know, but if it had stayed the way it was the first time I used it, then I would say 5 stars… but I was disappointed.

I was very excited to try this product BUT when I went to try it for the first time it was completely dry. I pushed down hard thinking you needed to do so in order to get the product down to the tips to find out the tips pushed in and then I had to tweeze them out. Nothing worked. I didn't even get 1 application out of this product.DO NOT BUY.

The pen has nice edges to mimic brow hair, but my pen was all dried up. I hate to return it because I think I if it was not dried up it would be a great eyebrow pen.

AFTER ONLY ONE USE, WHICH IT WORKED GREAT, THE TIPS DO NOT LOAD BACK UP WITH PRODUCT. AM I MISSING SOMETHING? I'VE SEVERAL OTHER REVIEWS WITH SAME CONCERN. SO ALTHOUGH IT WORKS GREAT, ONCE, HOW DO YOU GET MORE PRODUCT ON THOSE TIPS?FOR THAT REASON I GAVE IT LOW RATING.

I love the product. It works as expected. When it arrived the container was bulging from pressure. I live in a high altitude area and when I first tried to open the container I could not do so without a lot of effort. When it opened the ink sprayed out all over my hands and the sink and bubble for a few seconds out of the bristles. I hope it still last long after losing so much product. It just had a lot of pressure in the container. Other than that I am very happy with the purchase and am using it.

I purchased this product and used it once. It was nice. I put it in my makeup bag. The next day when I went to use it, it was completely dry. I tried, pressing the tip harder, I tried wetting the tip thinking it may was too dry and blocked. I tried cleaning the tip. Nothing worked, it was just dry. I know it's not an expensive product but geez it should at least work more then once. Giving one star just because I have to but this should be zero stars. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
