I needed these notebooks to be small enough to carry around and I was not disappointed. Each notebook is lightweight and could easily fit into a purse or a pocket to be carried around.

I am constantly making lists so I asked my husband to order these notebooks for me. I love them because 1) they are the perfect size, 2) with the spiral I can lay them flat, 3) the covers seem sturdy enough that they won't come off after a few uses (though I'm not sure long they will last) and 4) they come in 9 different colors. The only think is that pens bleed through the paper (at least the back side of the page but not to the next page), which is why I gave these notebooks four stars instead of five. I go through a lot of paper pads and little notebooks (that are bound but can't lay flat) to mostly write to-do lists and these are so much more practical. I keep pads in my purses, coat pockets, 2 in each car, and one by my desk to keep track of calories. If you're a list maker like me, I highly recommend these mini-notebooks.

We all know we can take notes on our phones, but sometimes a handy little notebook is just easier. These aren't fancy, but they are of good quality and do the job. The possibilities are endless. Any type of small-business tradesmen can make notes of client requests during a walkaround to refer to later. When purchased in quantity, the price is less than .70 each. I'm thinking any hired instructor (think golf, personal trainer, music teacher, etc.) can gift one to their students and even add a business card type of label to it. They'd even be good as inexpensive stocking or gift bag stuffers.

Item is same quality as $1 store. Thin, not useful.
