A Little goes a long way with this gel food colouring because of its concentrated composition. This will last me a good while in addition to enabling me to generate brilliant colours in my baking without using a lot of product.

The colour is great and you only need a small amount

This food colouring gel has a nice colour and a little goes a long way but even if only a very small amount is used it tastes SO BITTER! It is horrible. I have not read any comments about its taste and I am not really sure why.? I normally use colour splash food colouring and there is no taste to it. A whole tub would have to be used to taste it but it would still not taste as bad as a tiny bit on this one. Very disappointed as I used it for a cake order.

I am going to try it next month. But it looks a good color

This food colouring dye is absolutely fantastic! Just one tiny drop into a mixture or liquid gives it a bold and vibrant colour that looks great and very effective when used with other colours too. Unfortunately though the seal on the bottle was impossible to remove and cutting it caused the lid to not stay on properly so caused a bit of a colour disaster in my kitchen.

Buon prodotto per colorare i cibi senza influenzare il sapore. il colore nero è abbastanza intenso ma si può comunque scegliere l'intensità a seconda della quantità inserita.

Perfecto para crear colores y mezclar con fondant. Además, se puede usar para manualidades. El tamaño es perfecto para no preocuparse por tener que comprar de nuevo en mucho tiempo.Es complicado obtener un negro "tinta china", pero es genial para oscurecer otros colorantes y crear distintos tonos. No da en absoluto sabor a las recetas, lo que es un punto a tener en cuenta.

Undertone is dark green so you have to lose a lot for the dark black color, but it's still a much stronger color stain than other food gels I have used. It also doesn't have any flavor, so the cream won't change in texture nor flavour. I recommend it ! I have used it with mascarpone cream and it worked just fine.

J'utilise le colorant noir non pas pour un rendu noir, mais pour assombrir mes autres colorants lorsque je souhaite une teinte plus profonde. À cet effet, ce colorant marche très bien : quelques gouttes suffisent pour assombrir un rouge vif et en faire un rouge bordeaux par exemple.Attention, comme tout colorant, si vous l'utilisez pour des liquides, il tâchera vite les lèvres, et d'autant plus pour les colorants sombres.Le conditionnement est pratique et bien scellé, rien à redire.
