One can purchase multiple replica bands, in different colors and styles, for the cost of a single Apple OE Trail Loop, and get good value/utility out of them even if they may not turn out to be as durable.• ComfortI've always found the nylon Apple watch bands like the Sport Loop to be the most comfortable, and readily adaptable, due to their material, and velcro closures that are finely adjustable. Unlike a leather or plastic band, they do not require a break-in period either.• Accurate replica of the OE Apple bandContrary to the product photos, the band I received, and presumably the current shipping version, does NOT have an additional buckle that serves as the pass-through for the loop, with closed stitched anchor ends at both lugs.(I cannot say if this applies to the available "-2" versions with the flag patch over the pull tab)Instead, it mimics the OE Apple Trail Loop in design, with the band looping through one of the lugs, as Apple also does with their Sport Loop and Milanese Loop bands.To me, this is a positive, rather than negative, trait, as it eliminates an additional potential failure point, and has a cleaner appearance that more closely matches the original in design, versus one with an extra buckle. For those seeking the closest match to OE, this is the better, more desirable option.Open to question:• DurabilityThis trait has yet to be proven, but for such a low cost, sacrifices of some kind are likely involved. However, it should also be noted that some display examples of the Apple TL band I've examined at their stores have exhibited noticeable wear in the form of frayed edges. Disappointing for a $99 band, but would be much more palatable at this price point. Under repeated cycling, the durability of the velcro fastening points may also prove to fail to match that of the OE band.• LugsIn a similar vein, the lug fittings of my bands mate well with the channels of my watch, and show no noticeable flaws, or excessive play. The precision of the fit, and color match is one aspect that is probably the hardest for any third-party band maker to replicate, but for a budget replica, the results are better than expected, excepting the ill-fitting examples shown in some reviews that escaped any QC process that may exist.Originally, under the Made for Apple Watch program, the tube-style lug parts were made available to third-party band makers, but probably due to cost, that effort saw little uptake, or success, and it's doubtful that continues today. The quality of the lug fittings still remains one aspect where third-party bands, whether cheap or not, serves to distinguish Apple's own first-party bands from the competition.• DetailsClose examination of some of the other details, like the hook pads, inner side of the pull tab, and cut of the fabric may show that their fit and finish isn't as nice as the OE band, but they will not be noticeable to anyone but the wearer.Summary:A good value Trail Loop knockoff that probably won't disappoint, especially given the price point.

I was attracted by the good looks of this band. What do you get when you pay a few extra bucks for a band? Unlike the other hook-and-loop bands that I own, this one has a little bit of elastic give in it that makes for a comfortable fit. Also, the attachment lugs are metal, not plastic, and are significantly more robust than those found on bargain-basement brands. I'm very satisfied with this band and enjoy wearing it.

The trail loop band is my favorite, wear it everyday and for all activities. I had 2 that were from the fruit store, which were both a lighter color and they got dirty and very worn. I wanted to get a new one but just couldn’t justify the price again. I ordered these to see if they’d live up to the hype, and they exceeded my expectations.It feels the same, has great stretch, the Velcro is strong and the design is identical, maybe 0.5cm wider. Not enough to immediately notice. The pull tab is the same and feels sturdy. The only other noticeable thing is the rubber bumps on the metal attachment pieces are a bit bigger so it’s a tight squeeze to get it in, but that just tells me it won’t miraculously detach. Ordered 3 colors and all are amazing, will probably order all the colors!

If you’re looking for something good looking and budget friendly band, look no further. This band is great and matches very well with the titanium Ultra.

Very nice band. We’ll see how it ages but it’s highly adjustable and feels nice against my wrist. This will be my daily driver for at least a few months, will update this review if anything bad pops up, but I doubt it. I would buy it again.

It’s lightweight and comfortable. It is secure and is easily adjustable. If worn in the pool or exercising, it dries quickly and washes easily.

The original Apple non metal band is actually my preferred type. It’s more comfortable and easier to adjust than the newer metal loops type.The color is spot on and the band material feels quality.However it is the only band (over at least 10 different I have owned) that is not machined properly for precision sliding in and out of the watch slots. I have to struggle a bit to put it on.
