Balanced Body Pilates Springboard and Push-Through Bar

This Pilates spring board is just what I wanted. I had done formal classes at a club Pilates but the monthly classes were adding up. I figured, why not do it in the comfort of my home instead. And tada! It’s perfect

I love the springboard, it takes up very little space. You can get a fantastic workout and the push through bar works very well. A good repertoire of sitting, standing, on the back, or incorporating barrels or other equipment like Bosu or box. Highly recommended!

I just had to have this in my home after working on it in my Club Pilates class. Love it! My husband put it up in our living room. You can barely notice it is there. So much you can do at home!

I purchased this to set up an in home Pilates studio. It was delivered on time and support called me prior to delivery to make sure I knew how to operate product. I’ve had over 3 years of private lessons so I knew what to do. However I would not advise buying this if you have not had instruction on how to use this apparatus. Excellent quality, easy to install and arrived in perfect condition 👍😊

I haven't installed this yet in my home.... I decided to hire a contractor to ensured it is secure to the wall professionally. I Love the options this board allows for Pilates (and even non pilates exercises). Great for hamstring work (which I greatly needed) and spine, core, arms/shoulders....
