This is great for my webcam and microphone as I already have a keyboard and monitors plugged in.

My laptop is port starved. And since I use my closed laptop as my primary workstation with external keyboard, mouse, and monitors, I needed this hub to plug everything in. It works fine. This hub has you covered for displays: HDMI, Displayport, and VGA. I actually would have preferred two HDMI ports for my two-monitor setup, but the HDMI and VGA ports work just fine--I just had to find my old VGA to VGA cable to attach one of my monitors. So far, I am happy with this purchase. It does what it needed to do.

Addition to review. Wow! The Customer Service of this company is the best! I bought this thinking I was buying the right product for my needs. I did not read all the information regarding the product. That was my fault. I did not check my computer USB C compatiblilities. I wrote a review to remind others to double check before they buy. I did not expect to get a reply from the Company but I did. They tried to help me figure out what I was doing wrong, offered to make it right so I had exactly what I needed and they even asked me if I wanted a full refund. Not only did they send me a full refund of the purchase but told me to keep the product! I am so impressed with the care, compassion and understanding of the Companys team! Thank you so much.

I got this docking station because my work laptop only has two USB C connectors - not nearly enough to connect multiple monitors and devices. This is compact, but mighty. I have connected to it two monitors, a mouse jiggler, two USB dongles, and two charging cords. I have even taken it on the road with me when visiting clients onsite since I can adapt to whatever connections they have for me.
