14 x 10 x 2.5 inch Detroit Style Pizza Pan, Aluminized Non-Stick Sicilian Style Pizza Pan, Pre-Seasoned Deep Baking Cake Pan

I really wanted to love this pan, but ended up sending it back. All of the Detroit-style pizza pans are about the same and seem overpriced to me. On the other hand, since this style pizza pan will get a fair amount of abuse scrapping out the burnt-on crusts, it may be worth it if you’re going to be using it frequently.

I ordered this pan to make Detroit style pizzas. The pan is very high quality and a nice thick heavy steel which is what you need to get good heat transfer for crisping up the edges for Detroit Deep Dish.I made pizza in it the same day it arrived and the pizza baked up perfectly. I do also use a baking steel on the rack of my oven to help with getting heat into the bottom of the pan to get the dough cooked through.This is a great option if you are looking for a pan to make Detroit style pizzas at home. I am very happy with it and will be using it frequently!

It’s a good solid pan, I already had a Lloyd Detroit pan but wanted a second but didn’t want to spend the $$$, this isn’t quite as nice but definitely a good pan that will do the job.

Oh, this was a pleasure to use easy to clean, sturdy good quality materials I made cinnamon buns in them they cooked up perfect the first time let it cool and served them right from the same tray. I highly recommend it if you’d like to bake.
