Simple way to remind myself not to slouch
This is brilliant! I've been looking for something that I can wear that will help me not slouch at my computer. Just got this today and I've already worn it for a few hours and have really been made aware of how much I slouch thanks to this simple device.

Seems to be working!
I have a lot of back, neck and shoulder issues from scoliosis, shoulder injury and an accident. Been using this to help my posture and I'm enjoying it so far.

Painful
Very disappointed. As soon as I started to wear I began to experience severe shoulder pain, neck pain and mid back pain. I’m returning it.

Works surprisingly well
This is surprisingly helpful. I was very skeptical, but I work from home at a desk and have constant lower back pain. This made me sit up straight and hours into working I realized I wasn’t in pain as usual. A cheap, easy option for those of us hovering over a desk.

Does what it claims.
Compared to a lot of other posture adjusting product, this is a lot slimmer, however it is not completely invisible under clothes that I wear as my clothes are tight fitting. The product helped me get used to a correct posture so I am giving it five stars for it doing what it claims. It’s not comfortable if you have terrible posture but if you wear it regularly it will get you used to where you should be holding your shoulders naturally.

Good support
The BlueZulaback posture support really helped. I often slouch at work. But with the support on it really helps to keep me from doing so. Mostly it doesn’t make me sit up straight but rather keeps me from rolling my shoulders forward.
