No substitute for this tape!
I do paper crafting and this tape goes into almost everything I make. It holds well, never had a problem with it yet.. I use the different sizes but it works great for all sizes.

I don’t know how I crafted before this tape!
This double-sided tape is great. I just bound 20 books, some with cloth covers and some laminated. The tape made it so simple and fast (as opposed to glue), and it held to all surfaces extremely well. I found that peeling the paper off the length of tape was easier than I expected. At first I used a pin to grab the paper, but then I found I could peel it with just a fingernail under the edge. It can be torn, which is good, because it will make your scissors sticky, but a little GooGone will clean them right up, so I favored cutting it. I will order it again, and will buy varying widths, as well.
