Uplifting, gratitude, empowering, inspiring.
I used this product to help me be more grateful, help my self esteem, and to help me relax at night. It’s so nice to write things down from the day, but still in a positive light, to release and yet still focus on the positive. The content is very well put together. I really enjoyed that the author took the time to explain how to use each part of every day. It was very helpful. It is well written and you can hear the positivity in the authors writing. I enjoy practicing gratitude each morning and night. I also really enjoyed being grateful for a body part. I love that! Too often we forget to be grateful for the simple everyday things and biggest of all, ourselves and our bodies!The book itself is very nice and even has a place marker ribbon.

Even someone who doesn't like journaling could do this!
This journal is broken down into easy steps with some examples to help even. It works you into it very nice and slow/easily. It was not overwhelming and made it easier to stick to because I felt like it was step by step and I didn't have to just figure it out and be on my own with it

Grateful for this book!
I admit I was skeptical about a book that cost this much that essentially I have to write. :DBut it's a great book. It's hardbound cover is fabric, and has a very soothing texture, and the content is rich and compelling. Gratitude is a core value for me and this book aligns well with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.It's taken me a bit to get going with it because it seemed overwhelming to me to capture all the things it wants...seven steps in the morning and four at night. I think I'd do better with this if I had a book buddy for it. That would be a neat add on if there was a FB group for the book.I particularly love the self care check lists!

Excellent daily journal for motivation!
This is the perfect journal to help motivate and provide inspiration. The pages have thoughtful questions and journal prompts that promote positive thinking. After just 7 days, I’ve gotten into a great daily routine twice daily if completing the entries. The journal also isn’t flashy and the cover is neutral and serene.

So much more than a gratitude journal!
This journal is so much more than I was expecting. Yes, it prompts you to build a gratitude practice, but it also has researched-based information to teach you how to build a happiness practice. I enjoy that it guides you through creating a morning and evening routine that help set the stage for more satisfaction and fulfillment throughout each day. It teaches you to acknowledge your emotions where you are now and then gives you mindfulness techniques to boost your mood. I can't wait to see the results after using this for a full 60 days.
