Compact, Well Designed, Excellent Customer Service
I was immediately impressed with (1) the quality of construction. Unlike the previous laser I purchased, this one had a metal nut that the attaching screw secures to, instead of just threads cut in the aluminum case. (2) the size of the batteries (3-ea CR 1/3N) ensure that the laser will maintain brightness, and last longer than the laser sights with the smaller batteries. (3) the position of the laser is exactly below the muzzle, not offset due to design, and required no windage adjustment when initially installed. Both the windage and elevation adjustments are easily accessible with the included allen wrench. Also, the batteries were included. When mounted to my BERSA Thunder 9 Ultra Compact Pro, the laser sight extends approx. 5mm to either side of the weapon which is no problem at all. I still need to fire on the range to see if it will hold boresight, but so far I would definitely recommend this item.20 May 2014 - I have had to downgrade my rating from 5-stars to 3. My XTS-CGL has proven to be extremely unreliable. The problem is that the laser drains batteries without being used. I replaced the batteries that came with it in about 1-month (including both sets of batteries that came with it). During that time I never had the laser illuminated for more than 5-minutes continuous, and I'd say the total time I operated the laser was 20-minutes max. Assuming that the supplied batteries were probably old, I ordered more (Duracell DL 1/3N - packaged said "Best before Mar 2021, so they were fresh). They lasted until 4 May (made a note in my calendar). Again, this was after not being used for a significant amount of time (just long enough to check boresight - about 5-minutes). I recently discovered a square-shaped button on the bottom of the housing. I have determined that when depressed, it allows the laser to illuminate. When extended, the laser will not illuminate. There is nothing in the "Instruction Manual" about this buttons functionality. Can anyone shed some light on the utility of this button? It's about the size of the head of a ball point pen, and doesn't lend itself to easy access. I've just ordered my third set of batteries because now the laser pulses but only while the ON/OFF button is pressed, and then extinguishes when the ON/OFF button is released (laser does not stay on). When the new batteries arrive, I plan to store them in the laser with the button disengaged to see if maybe that will stop the batteries from draining during storage. I have contacted the seller through Amazon and will provide feedback on the outcome.6 June 2014 - The seller responded immediately via e-mail. It seems they had just got a new batch from the manufacturer and offered to replace the one I had. I received the replacement on 27 May and mailed the defective laser to them at no cost to myself. This new laser does not have the square button on it, and so far is working great on the same batteries. I changed my rating to 4-stars, and will move to 5 if it continues to work. A month from now I will update. I would definitely recommend the seller!25 June 2014 - Once again, the batteries are dead. I haven't used the laser (except to check functionality) or been to the range once. The laser works with new batteries. I can't believe that I'm the only one that this is happening to. I'm going to request a refund because the laser is unreliable. I bought a laser for a different gun from Crimson Trace over a year ago and have had no problems with it. I downgraded this purchase to 2-stars because of unreliability.2 July 2014 - Good News! Once again the seller contacted me and sent an updated model of the laser, a battery charger and 2-ea rechargeable batteries. This "updated" model has a square button on the bottom that disengages battery power until needed. The included instructions have been revamped also, so read them carefully. I am satisfied that the seller did everything possible (and more) to satisfy my order. I changed my rating to 5-stars. I HIGHLY recommend this seller due to their outstanding Customer Service!

Great value for the money
Installed this on a S&W 22 magnum which has few lasers that will work with it. Installation was quick and easy and laser works just fine. Glad I bought it. Customer service is outstanding

Perfect for the Ruger SR22
I was looking for a very small low cost green laser for my Ruger SR22. This laser fit perfectly, is very small and bright. It has a rechargeable battery which is a plus. I would have given this 5 stars but I have not test fired the pistol/laser yet, more to come on that.

Not worth risking you life depending on this laser to work
Amended review to below. I mounted the sight to my Beretta .40 S&W and took to the ranch to site in. After lining up with the iron sites I shot a few times and the laser was off by a few feet at 25 yards. I shot about 30 rounds and could never get a consistent grouping and the windage adjustment quit working. I am returning the laser and buying a better quality/more expensive product.I was able to mount on my full size PX4 with no issues. I like the streamline design and the laser seems bright in day or night. I still need to go range to calibrate and test how it holds accuracy. The finger switch seems to be a little inconsistent as I turn on but as long as I press firmly...it works. Its a good value for the price, but I will probably buy some higher quality brands to test my guns. Not sure if I would trust if my life depended on it for full time police or military use.
