Pretty good rig
TL;DR: buy them. These are pretty good little rigs. I have used them both fresh and saltwater fishing and so far they've held up. The coating on the weights is durable, the sand and salt haven't worn through anywhere. The noise from the weights and beads seems to be pretty effective, seemlingly getting a little more attention than my lead oval with two orange beads from the bait shop. The only trouble I have had is the wire can get bent if hit by a large fish or if you get it caught on something. This can keep the beads and weights from sliding up and down. This means no noise, and defeats the purpose of a carolina rig if the weight does not slide freely on the line. It is fairly easy straighten out again, especially if you have some pliers. This isn't a major issue as the wire isn't a heavy gauge and anything with an inflexible thin part is going to get messed up while fishing. My Cajun Thunder bobbers get bent all the time. If they ever get bent beyond repair, I may save the pieces and see if I can get them onto a coated metal leader wire and see how that goes.

Works well for me.
I probably use this differently than anyone else. I use it to tie on to my line with a slip weight and a leader for my trout bait on the other side. Works well for that as a ready made kit for me. So far I've only used 1 of them and seems it will go for a lot longer.

good quality
I like them a lot and I am picky. I use them in place of 1/2 ounce torpedo weights for long casting to redfish with live finger mullet (8lb and 10 lb braid). about 3 time the cost of a torpedo weight but I like that the connection is stronger than brass wire molded into lead torpedo weights. Not sure if the clicking helps as I do not have side by side comparisons. Basically, you get what you pay for and if you catch one additional red, then it pays off:)

Sorta work, is flimsy
I used these off a fishing dock in NC, caught some smaller guys with it, but it completely bent sideways when i hooked something larger. I lost that fish :(

Plenty of fish
I received these after many failed attempts at “getting the fish.” I’ve been on this plenty of fish dating site for months with no luck. Someone told me a carolina rig was pulling them in, so of course it would be worth the investment. There aren’t great instructions in the package, so I tied these noise makers to my shirt and decided to take them for a whirl. The “fish” I caught thought they were very progressive and fashion forward, rewarding me with another date. 5 stars.
