This is a convenient sauce bottle that allows you to make a variety of recipes. One of which they recommend on the bottle is Sweet & Sour Chicken. It's a nice Chinese dish that is full of sweet yet sour chicken that is crunchy on the outside. This sauce goes well with fried foods such as a dipping sauce for french fries. I like the freshness of the sauce, and the smell is also very strong in terms of sourness. A hefty sized bottle that's 14 oz so it will last you a long time. The sauce is thick which allows it to stick to foods easily.

Bottle arrived well sealed. I made sweet and sour chicken last night, loosely following the direction on the bottle. I didn't use pineapple, increased the amount of chicken and used the whole bottle instead of one cup and also threw in some water chestnuts and served it over jasmine rice. My two very picky children ate their entire bowl, so the sauce definitely gets 5 stars. It was sweet and had a good tang to it. Not too runny, not too thick. The ideal consistency.
