I don't like this product. Tried it but it's not working for me. Still craving cigarettes and smoke with the patch on because I don't get any nicotine in my body to slow down or stop. Tried Nicorette and it was effective. It curbed and ended my cravings but had to stop because they are too expensive. Tried this product because of the low price, now I can see why. Good for those who are benefiting from this, but, again, it doesn't work for me. I kept it on 24 hours but still have cravings more than ever. Good luck to y'all.

I got these for my son to help him to quit smoking and they helped. He did not completely quit but he is smoking a lot less now. The patches are nice and secure and did not cause any irritation. If you really want to quit smoking these patches can help you.

These work

This product is a sticker. Period. No nicotine. Falsely marketed. If you want to put a sticker stuck on your body, with who knows what kind of adhesive goo from China to remind you not to smoke-by all means go ahead. Better off to put an elastic band on your wrist and painfully snap it! Better yet, buy name brand.

I haven't smoked in 2 weeks, after almost 40 years of smoking. It's a huge deal. These patches have been a huge help with that. They're easy to apply and stay put better than some of the other patches I've tried, although they don't do well in water (like the shower). They hold up, sticking on my upper arm, while I'm sweating at work. I used a large bandage to hold one on my forearm at work one night only because I had applied lotion to my arm shortly before I put on the patch before work and I didn't want to risk the patch not staying stuck. When I remove the patch, there is no lingering adhesive residue. These are a great deal compared to the more expensive name brand patches out there. I haven't been super irritable and any cravings for cigarettes are mostly mental at this point as I'm used to smoking a certain times (with coffee, after eating).If you're thinking of quitting, I recommend these. You won't regret quitting. And if you're like me, it might take several times to quit. These make it a LOT easier.
