All should read this
It covers basic science behind living longer and better including information on diet, lifestyle, etc. It points out that it is important from the earliest age so is not just for older people. Many will find the later chapters more useful as they go into practical details. It uses extensive research from high quality institutions as its basis.Who knew that one small baked potato was equivalent to 7 teaspoons of sugar!

Worth its weight in gold
Picking up this book, you know straightaway. Weighing in at 630 grams its equivalent value in gold would be over $20,000, and what's that worth when considering the value of your life?An amazing amount of detail has gone into Juvenescence. Chapters dedicated to medical conditions are clearly explained for any reader, while other sections concerning the financial elements of medical technology will intrigue investors in this fast growth sector. This is no read for those seeking light entertainment, but if you're interested in working out how to reduce the stress of modern life, aiming to enjoy a few more years on the planet, and even perhaps making some money along the way, then this would be a good book for you.

Great book for the would-be investor in biotech
Great book for the would-be investor in biotech. Gives an overview of the tech to come. We need more people investing in these "quality of life" therapies. Hopefully books like this will help!

OK survey of the field but reads in disjointed, almost schizophrenic way. The authors don't seem to have a firm grasp of many of the principles they are trying to convey.

Most updated
The very best most updated book about anti aging you can buy.I would suggest to read two books only, this one and the Longevity Diet

Book great - font size is microscopic.
As a Gerontologist who began his academic study of Gerontology in 1975 at the “Institute on Aging” at the University of Michigan my career has been about scientific and clinical aging. I loved this book. And, I hated that the font size was microscopic! In my consulting with Lawyers, Financial Advisors engineers I often said “if it can’t be read there are many problems some important that can arise. So please, as you probably do ‘print on demand’ begin printing in a larger font size. John Gibson Ph.D.

Kindle format unreadable
I have just downloaded the book from Amazon in Kindle format. The book is in a fixed format with text so small it is unreadable on my Samsung s8. I would appreciate if this formatting can be upgraded to the adjustable standard of all other books that appear on my Kindl

A useful read for anyone interested in good health and longevity.
A very useful read for anyone interested in good health and longevity. However there is some repetition and in some cases too deep a dive in the explanation and discussion of biochemical processes, etc. Else, I found the book packed with information and links to very useful sites, plus some interesting investment tips.
