HIARCS Chess Explorer (PC Version)

I tried to register product with no luck. I cannot connect with registration site. I cannot recommend this software at this time. It's available for download but even on web site there are those with registration issue

I’m always looking to improve my chess playing skills, so I’m constantly on the lookout for a “better” chess program for my PC. Recently I discovered HIARCS (Higher Intelligence Auto-response Chess System) Chess Explorer and decided to try it. Without question, this is the best chess program for PC that I’ve ever used.HIARCS Chess Explorer (HCE) is a chess graphical user interface (GUI) with a built-in chess engine. The GUI is stunning in its beauty. The screen layout is simple, elegant, and beautiful to behold. It’s also very easy to understand and use.HCE looks simple on the outside but it is packed with features. You can play games against the computer and save your played games for later review and analysis. You can open and review any of several databases of games played by many of the greatest chess players who ever lived. You can analyze different lines of play. You can even add different chess engines, as long as they are UCI-compatible.I'm a player with average chess skills, as shown by my (unofficial) estimated Elo rating of 1400 – or so I've been informed by HCE. I'm happy to report that I've already seen my chess game improve as a result of studying games and tactics included in HCE's various databases.I most enjoy playing games against the computer. Built into HCE is the HIARCS 14 WCSC engine, which is one of the strongest and most user-friendly chess engines on the market. You can set it to an infinite number of difficulty levels, from "super-Grandmaster" (Elo rating of 3060 or thereabouts), down to Beginner (Elo rating of 1000 and lower). At the lowest levels, the engine plays like… well, a beginner. It occasionally makes the same kinds of mistakes an inexperienced human chess player might make. An electronic “coach” is available to gently point out your blunders and suggest better moves.I like HIARCS Chess Explorer very much, and actually prefer it to Chess King Gold, another excellent chess program I've used frequently. (Chess King has a few more "bells and whistles," but HCE is a more solidly professional program that has far superior graphics, a much nicer – and customizable – screen layout, and better database management.) HIARCS Chess Explorer works flawlessly under Windows 10. (Unfortunately, there isn't an Android version yet, a situation I hope the program's authors will rectify soon.) HIARCS Chess Explorer easily earns my highest recommendation.

I originally bought ChessKing. The Houdini engine was very good. But I felt the whole setup was geared towards very young players. Also the graphics were dull. Everything was green, green, green. HIARACS plays more human like and the settings for the rating are extremely close to the real thing. When you set HIRACS on say 1700 your playing a 1700. ChessKing's settings were about 200 inflated. HIRACS also lets you do just about any color you'd want your board to be. Simple to use and a very attractive interface. I will be moving up to Deep Hiracs in the near future.
