The description given that states RATCHETING is not correct. It does not ratchet. In fact one must hold the lock lever down and pull on the strap. There is no ratcheting possible.. It does hold well after the pull tight motion, but that's not what I was expecting. If you need a good lashing strap it will work. If you need a RATCHETING action to tighten the load, this won't work.There were no Velcro bands that they mentioned in their top description.

Bought these to tie-down our camping gear to our roof rack. At first, I was highly skeptical as the feel of the straps was quite cheap. They're rather thin. But I managed to stack everything up on the roof and put all my weight into tightening the straps down and they did not budge. The latch stayed locked down and nothing moved. The straps didn't stretch or fray. Very nice! Especially for the price.

Durable straps that aren't as clunky as full size ratchet straps. I got these to quick strap the dirtbike in the back of the truck and they work great! Happy with purchase and definitely recommend for light load strap downs!

The buckle is nice and slim, yet remains tight and clasping. Compared to a lashing strap that I bought from a different seller, this one has the bare essentials, nothing else--this is exactly what I needed.
