Bought this for my daughter who suffers from anxiety , she had read that these two items together could help she has only had them since Tuesday so i cannot comment on how really good these are but really good value for money with the oil she is wearing them now so may need to revisit this in a few weeks

The lava stone band is great and has a long lasting aroma, only downfall is that there is only one lava stone on the white band so the aroma isn’t as long lasting! But still great value for money. I would recommend buying these.
