Excellent weight lifting belt, very comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Holds you really well and doesn't dig in, like a lot of other belts.Great for powerlifting and deadliftsWould highly recommendVery good quality and value for money

Comfortable and Secure – A Great First Exercise Belt
The media could not be loaded. This belt was for my other half to address some back pain they had been experiencing during their squats and deadlifts. Thanks to this belt, their lifts have become much more comfortable, especially when increasing the weight. The support that this belt provides was immediately noticeable. The belt comes in plenty of sizes and selecting the right size for my other half was tricky as they were in between sizes, but I decided on the medium, which thankfully fits nicely even over a sweatshirt. The belt is well made and thick enough to offer support, yet flexible enough not to hinder movements. It is easy to carry and quick to put on and take off. Definitely a worthwhile first exercise belt.

Great minimalist belt for traveling with
As you might expect given the size and weight of this item (just 4 inches wide and weighing in at around 320grams!), this is not the most supportive and/or belt you can buy. However, I have found that unless you are planning to max out your lifts, it is supportive and comfortable enough... This is especially true if you are not lifting weights in excess of 120kg on your squats and 160kg on your deadlifts. The lock mechanism feels very secure and I've come to trust it over the few weeks I've been using it. Unlike Velcro belts, I've not had it pop open, which I appreciate and feel safe with. The benefits this belt gives you in that it is very lightweight and so you can fold it up and pack it up in a backpack, suitcase or gym bag and barely know it is there. This is in contrast to many other belts that are hard to fold, heavy and take up a lot of space. Additionally, although it is not the most comfortable in terms of padding, it is extremely lightweight and so you can wear it and not have that added 'weight' in between your sets or as you walk around the gym collecting more weight, etc.

🏋️♂️ A Sturdy Companion for Heavy Lifts
I've been an avid lifter for years and have gone through my fair share of lifting belts. The Mammal Strength Weight Lifting Belt caught my eye with its auto-locking feature, and I decided to give it a whirl. I must say, it's one of the best decisions I've made for my lifting regime. The auto-locking buckle is a standout feature. It locks in place securely and stays put throughout my workouts, whether I'm squatting, deadlifting, or doing overhead presses. No more worrying about the belt loosening or slipping at crucial moments. It's a god send for maintaining focus and stability during heavy lifts.Comfort is key with any lifting belt, and this one delivers. The contoured design hugs my body just right, providing a snug yet comfortable fit. It supports my lower back and core without digging into my sides or restricting movement – a common issue with other belts. It feels sturdy and well-built, handling the rigors of heavy lifting with ease. It's held its shape and supportiveness workout after workout, assuring me it's a long-term investment. However, it's not without its minor downsides. The nylon material, while durable, doesn't have the same classic feel as leather belts. Some traditionalists might prefer the aesthetic and feel of leather over nylon. Also, initial adjustments to find the perfect fit might take a bit of time, but once set, it's smooth sailing. In terms of injury prevention, this belt has been a solid ally. It supports my lower back and core, allowing me to lift heavier without fear of injury. It's definitely contributed to my confidence and performance in the gym.Overall, this belt is a fantastic choice for anyone serious about lifting. It combines security, comfort, and durability in a way that enhances your training experience. Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting, this belt is worth considering for a stable and injury-free lifting journey. 💪🏼🏆

Slim belt, a little tough to pull the hook and loop
Nice belt, well made. Stitching looks quite robust. It doesn't come with instructions, so if you are new to using a weight lifting belt, you'll need to do some research. The hook and loop is grippy, once you pass it under and then over through the white crosshatch movable bar (see pictures). Which will act as the lock on the buckle.I found it a little tough to pull the hook and loop strap, without it locking on the buckle to the suitable level of tension I wanted.

Has helped me with lifting!
I've been lifting for a little while now, at least once a week, though I am not super accomplished. I've been having some (very minor) issues with my back and my trainer suggested a bely might help stabilise me and prevent exacerbating the problem and allowing me to continue lifting. I'm vegan and found it quite hard to find non-leather belts so was keen to try this one. I have to say it does the job, and I feel much more comfortable with it. It stays firm and is comfortable to wear and is nice and sturdy. Definitely makes a positive difference for me.
