Chair quality is very good. Nice product from wakefit. Good backsupport and strong build ( very comfortable for slightly overweight like me.....). Only issue I observed is wheel quality, it can be improved. Wakefit, fitting guy came along with parcel. He did fitting and cleaned up the mess of packaging within few minutes, also they took all the packing meterial with them.... professional work...clean service....thumbs up for the support. I wish a very good luck to wakefit.

The chair is decent and comfortable to use. Have to use longer to comment on quality. Price is bit on the higher side. Same chair can be bought for much less from local furniture stores.Delivery was quick and smooth.

I bought the wakefit maestro gaming chair for work after much scouting around. The chair is perfect for long hours of work with super cushioning and back and lumbar support. Seat is spacious. The suede upholstery is very well finished and gives its a premium look and comfort.Of note is the armrest settings which really support your elbow while working with mouse.All in all its a very good chair at competitive price.

Writing this review after using for 2 years. This chair is excellent one. Its very solid and suits for perfect office chair. It can be used by anyone. I am using this chair like anything till now and the chair is same which i bought initially.

Very sturdy and comfortable chair for people who have to do long hours of work. Initially I had pain while sitting and doing the work cuz of some adjustments and not having the habit of sitting on the chair and doing my work, however now I am purely comfortable and it’s my go to seating place at home while I am working. Flexible and user friendly!

Worth the money. Sturdy and comfortable. Delivery was on time. Had to do the installation myself but it was very easy to install.I am using it for office work and so far it's been pretty good. Will update more here after few months of usage.

Month after review.Pros:- Solid bottom and wheels- Design is okCons:- Hand rest is not sturdy, it flexes if you apply pressure.- Weird smell comes from the back nest and seat cushion, I initially thought it's because of new product but even after a month also it's the same.- Adjustable back rest is very loose for me, I sense big difference with my other chair.On top of everything their support team will be behind you for changing review stars (to give more) but not understanding the reason behind why the customer had to share this screenshot to them. :D###############Review after 99 daysIts broken, yes - the backrest is broken today when I bend back. :DI am a 72kg person and today just missed to get into a fatal issue - luckily I had a cot behind this chair which helped me not to fall.Wakefit Folks, pls don't compromise the quality - we are paying the amount whatever is quoted by you. I see you increased flat 2K from my purchase now but quality is a very big question.
