I have the Pettibon neck traction at home and wanted one for work. I've used this device for YEARS! I saw this "off- brand" one that was cheaper and thought I'd try it. The ropes have too much give, so you don't get a tight pull. I thought, Oh well, better than nothing. And JUST NOW tried to relieve some pressure on my neck here at work and the whole dang thing just fell apart. Busted right apart!!!! I'd send it for a refund but not sure if they'd say I broke it using it wrong or something. Whatever. I'm just going to get a Pettibon!!!! I'll pay the extra. The one I have at home I've had for 10 years or more. This one lasted a few days.
