What are they? These are aluminium kits which are assembled to make two frames that slide outwards from each other to fill the space in a sash. Sizes and Colours?white frames which are are 37 x 52cm square when not extended and will therefore keep a window open by up to 37 cm and cover a width up to a maximum of 96cm wide. Easy to Make? . Yes only basic tools are needed, supplied with corners, grey fibreglass material, brush to go around the edge of the frame, 8 plastic corners, 4 sliding clips. Easy to Use? Yes. You simply insert the frames in the gap with the top and bottom channels in place. Once the window is pulled shut then the outer frames can be pushed outwards from the middle to cover the area. It can be installed in the top half or bottom of the sash window. Brushes on the edge of the frame means that the seal keeps all bugs out.
