Tatty after 2 weeks but would buy again.
After 2 weeks of wear from my 12 year old daughter the air cast was in a sorry state. However during that time she'd been to school, a 4 day music festival, played in the garden and many other things children do. So despite the wear and tear I would buy this again if we needed to as it kept her wrist very stable during the time when it was a possible fracture to a confirmed fracture and a long term cast put on. She was pain free while wearing the air cast which for me shows how well designed they are from that perspective. I'd love to see a more robust design for children as they do not rest like they are supposed to, but that would be my only complaint.

It was good. It not anymore
I bought this because I have a TFCC tear and de quervian as a result of the surgery for the tear. It worked well for 2 months then the seams started to tear and the metal doesn't sit properly anymore. It was good. It not anymore

A Good Product, except..
The aircast is comfortable, adjustable, and was approved by my doctor to wear after 8 weeks in a plaster cast. There are 2 metal plates imbedded in this aircast, and both wore thru the seams and I had to pull them out, as they were hurting were hurting my skin. I was going to return it, but had no other alternative cast to wear for 4 more weeks, so I kept it. It still gives good support.
