This duvet cover has all the features I look for in a quality cover. To start, it has a zipper style enclosure instead of buttons or tie-downs. It's a personal preference, but for me zippers are just easier and faster.Also, the zipper has a very generous fabric margin between it and the edge, almost 6 inches. I've had duvet covers where the zipper is almost on the fabric edge and they never lay flat.Next, the tie-downs on each inside corner are sewn from the same fabric and are almost 6" long. They look securely attached and are long enough to make fastening the duvet corners easier.The other 3 sides of the cover have a tight seam with short stitches and the edges are finished to prevent fraying. The corners are neatly squared off, not rounded like some covers, and present a nice, finished look to the bed. Overall this duvet cover looks well sewn and should last a long time.Last but not least, the 100% sateen cotton fabric is really smooth to the touch. And you can't beat 100% cotton to keep you cool on hot summer nights.The only minor negative I saw was the way the ends of the zipper were secured...they looked a little flimsy and may need some additional sewing later. Also, I found the washing/drying informational tag thoroughly confusing and will pretty much ignore it.

Most of my life i have worked in the hotel or resort business with short deviations away from that kind of hospitality industry. While i am a serious researcher at heart i seem to always find working in that kind of atmosphere easy to handle and enjoyable.One of the take home tips i have learned over the years is its good to have commercial grade bedding at home. I am referring to the sheets and even mattress. I am more specifically referring to a common trend that is popular at higher end resorts and independent though still commercial properties meaning higher grade room items are used such as bedding. I work at a high end resort currently where their bedding including mattresses are so sought after they sell them at the property, or there is a catalogue where the guest can have the said items shipped to them. Just like candles that have the scent of a popular hotel the bedding styles are also a fun trend. The duvet cover is an important bedding feature that is good to have a high quality example of.With this sateen white colored duvet cover from the Fluffco brand i have found just commercial type of bedding that i love and have learned to trust as the way to go.I love the thickness of this which i am happy to say seems to be able to handle kitten and fully grown cat claws as i haver two cats that are young and older.This has a sort of natural cooling element to it that makes it easy to work with during the night.I recommend this for anyone who appreciates quality duvet covers.The price is a little high but it is worth every penny because the quality is there

I really like the clean, simple look of white bedding and this hits the mark exactly. It looks very crisp and is a true white color, so very easy to throw on a duvet to look nice with all sorts of bedding. It has a well made zipper at the top and ties at each corner. Unlike other covers I have, the ties are actually long enough to secure the duvet, which is great, and they feel pretty sturdy. I threw it in the wash on a warm, gentle cycle and dried as usual as soon as it arrived, and it came out great. That said, there are a couple things I'll say about this cover that I'm not 100% happy with. First, I ordered a queen size and found that unfortunately it's just too long. There's a good bit (maybe 3 inches) of extra fabric sagging at the bottom where my queen sized duvets do not fill it out completely. Not a huge deal, and if you have an extremely fluffy thick duvet that might be great, but it's just a bit big for my medium/heavyweight duvets. Second, the feel. This has an extremely crisp, starchy hotel feel to it. I know many people like this, but for me, even after a nice wash and dry it just feels a bit rough and scratchy. If you want something soft, this is not it, but it does feel like very good quality. Overall I'm happy!

I have had a button tufted duvet cover on my bed for sometime and I wanted to switch it up. I was looking for something that would look smooth and crisp. The Fluffco luxury duvet cover definitely does that. I washed it per the instructions and it held up well. It did come out of the dryer with wrinkles. I steamed mine before I put my down comforter in. It has corner and center ties that keep the insert in place. I have an 11" mattress and to cover it on one side it made the other side short. I could of used a couple more inches in width to be able to tuck it in around my bed frame, which is what I usually do with the other ones that I have had in the past.The cover feels so soft and cool which makes it perfect for the warmer weather. The cotton has a slight sheen to it. Overall I am very pleased.

By the feel of the fabric and lack of labeling, and the price, I was not impressed. Although it says 100% cotton in the description, the fact that they couldn't take the time to add any material information (aside from 300 thread count, which is not that impressive) disappointed me. I personally did not like the feel of the texture. Instead of feeling smooth and soft, it felt smooth and raspy, comparable to fine dining table cloth and napkins in my opinion. Had they been cheaper in price- much cheaper, perhaps I would have given a thumbs up, but not at all in this price range. Hope this helps.

This duvet is high end hotel quality, nice thickness and feel to the fabric . Feels great and is cooling (great for hot sleepers and warm nights). Zipper enclosure lays flat due the extra fabric, just zip it up and ready to go. Love the long tie downs inside the duvet to help keep the comforter in place. Washed and dried well, immediately out of the dryer may want to smooth it out with a quick iron to smooth out the fabric from wrinkles. Good quality item.
