Not a tube amp but really loud and saves space
For what it is, it's pretty amazing. Super loud - I mean SUPER loud. Hard to believe for it's size. Don't expect this thing to sound like a real power stage or a tube amp - It simply doesn't. It's a little "dark" and doesn't provide much sag or feel but if you need something small that cranks out some power - this might be great for you.

I paid for a new amp but got a broken, used one.
I'm a pro Guitarist, and a big Duncan fan. I needed this amp for an upcoming tour, and was quite annoyed that I didn't get what I paid for. Instead of a new one, what arrived was clearly defective; also the inside packing had been ripped, showing that the amp had obviously been used, and likely returned. These amps are terrific; small, powerful, great sounding and simple to operate. It probably was not checked when returned, or by someone unfamiliar with Guitar amps. I did get the one I needed elsewhere.
