VacLife Handheld Vacuum, Cyclone Hand Vacuum Cleaner Cordless for Car & Home, Blue (VL706)

We live in the country and every October our house is swarmed with ladybugs and other insects looking for a warmer place to spend the winter. Whenever the sun shines during the cold months they emerge from who knows where and gather on the windows and other crevices and we spend time each day disposing of them. I finally decided to find a small handheld battery operated vac that could easily be carried around to dispose of them. The VacLife is a perfect solution with a narrow tube attachment, light weight, portability, low noise and easy charging. I am very happy with this unit and can easily take it outside and open it up to release the still live ladybugs out into the environment where they belong. The flap on the nozzle keeps them inside the vac and they do not escape. Another bonus is the LED lights which can be switched on when needed. It is readily opened and the filter can be easily cleaned with water and the provided brush. An extra filter is provided so the cleaned filter can air dry. It has just enough suction power to clean the carpets in my cars with the small brush that is provided. Very handy unit.I had a question about the first one I received from Amazon and asked the VacLife Customer Service some questions. They responded to my email immediately and courteously assisted me. I would definitely buy this again and will probably buy several for future birthday or Christmas gifts.

What can I say? I love this vacuum. I've been using an older VacLife model around the house and bought this second one for the car. It blows away all the handheld vacs I've had in the past, including the well-known brands.The first thing I noticed is that the motor is more compact and the canister larger than their previous model. I also noticed the mouth of the canister was widened slightly to make it easier to clean. They also updated the filter design to incorporate a new nylon pre-filter basket, which makes it easier to maintain. The best part: they included an extra main filter, which is incredibly useful: you can pop in the second one while the first is drying for uninterrupted cleaning. You definitely get the sense that this company is keeping their ear to the ground and refining their products regularly!As others have mentioned, the charging is fast and extremely long-lasting. I honestly haven't figured out how long because I've never had it go below 50%, even with my longest cleanup tasks! I usually just pop it on the charger once a week.The suction is fantastic. We have a pet budgie (parakeet) and -- if you're a bird owner you know -- the seeds and little feathers get everywhere. This vacuum sucks it all right up and is so much more convenient than lugging out floor vac. Also, during the pandemic I've had to give myself and loved one's haircuts. This little guy makes cleanup a snap. It gets all the stray hairs.The crevice tool is perfect for getting all the hard to reach spots around the car. I will say I thought the dual lights were gimmicky, but they actually came in handy in those dark spots under the seats and under the dash.The attachment that I use the most is the brush. It's perfect for working up all the little bits of grit out of the foot well carpeting. And at home, I use it on my dust-magnet baseboard, to touch up the entryway carpet, and for the aforementioned bird cleanup.All in all, I have been extremely happy with my VacLife vacuums and am very pleased with the latest addition. I highly recommend you pick one up!

Love this little vacuum!! It works great-- better than any other small vacuum that I have used. Very lightweight, but has very good suction power. Only thing that I dislike is that I have to clean it after each use, although it's easy to clean. After having it for about 4 months, it started making a loud noise and it eventually stopped working altogether. I contacted Customer Service who sent me a new one within a couple of days. I have never encountered such excellent customer service with a purchase.

This VacLife vacuum appears to be a well-made machine that can handle quite a bit. It is attractive. I did have an issue where it did not look like the picture 100%, mostly because of the dust bin, in my opinion, is black and not see-through like the website picture. Also, the model # on the machine did not match the Amazon model # listed, and the model # listed on Amazon was nowhere to be found. So, I contacted them to ask about these things and a wonderful CSR, Lily, helped me to determine that yes, it was the right machine, and that the darkness of the dust bin may be due to lighting in the pictures or just a manufacturing run that was a bit darker than normal. I did quite a bit of work to resolve this - pictures, emails, etc - so they offered to give me $10 off the price, which I thought fair. When I heard back from Lily, they refunded me the entire amount, which I did not expect, but thought it was very considerate of them in terms of the amount of effort I put in to send them things to resolve it. She told me the issue with the model # being different on the machine was probably due to a mistake in manufacturing or had something to do with an Amazon #, but that I should never have an issue getting the machine repaired under warranty, and I do believe that with how good this situation went. Of course, I will keep the correspondence. All in all, it is a great machine and I do not regret buying it for my son in his dorm room. We might pick one up for us for in the car as my husband loved it as well.I would hope that they make sure that Model #s match when they send over a product or that number should be SOMEWHERE in the documentation or something, so you have some sort of reference that you are getting the correct machine. Hopefully they will do this. I might be the only person to notice this, but I did, probably because it didn't look exactly like the picture.I wish you could empty the dust bin without affecting the filters, but it is not that big of a deal. It does remind you to clean the filters, so it's a good thing if not just a quick touch up somewhere. I also wish it came with a bag, but most don't on the market so not surprised. I wish they would sell one separately. I would have bought it for our purpose. Didn't find a bag to work before my son left, so off with the box, which is annoying, he went! But his dorm room will be much cleaner - good thing!All in all, I'd recommend, for the machine and also for the customer service!

Ordered but never arrived from Classyonaire bad order all around so I purchased the Shark Cordless Handheld Vacuum UltraCyclone Pet Pro Plus, with XL Dust Cup from The Shark Store so glad I did...Delivery was fast no hassle, works and looks great ,payed a little more but in this case I got what I payed for and glad I did....
