Do these make a significant difference in sound quality when using Dolby Surround upmixing on legacy soundtracks?

This also can heavily depend on the receiver in general, technically they are wired in as height or presence speakers, and then fill a Dolby roll. In my case they are run on a Yamaha, so on DTS media, I switch them to height only speakers and they double as DTSX channels. Likewise, the receiver can opt to use them for upmixing and filling content if it is capable, in my case with the Yamaha DSP it uses them in most programs to enhance the soundstage greatly. So its certainly possible. From a pure speaker quality standpoint they sound phenomenal. We hooked them up alone and ran the atmos demos with just them and the sub and the quality was amazing. The range was crazy.

Elac debut 2.0 a4.2 dolby atmos modules, spec said max power input: 80w if i use on denon avr-x2400h(95 watts per channel) will it spoil?

My AV receiver is also Denon and puts out 140 watts per channel. My Debut a4.2 speakers have no problems playing on it. Hope this helps you.

Will they fit properly on an Elac uni-fi b5 bookshelf speaker?

A4.2 is smaller than UB5 and UF5. If stack A4.2 on top of UB5, there will be about a quarter inch on each side, and half an inch on front and rear.

Do these pair well with elac uni-fi uf5 floorstanding speakers?

It should. I use Polk speakers with them with no problems.
