Not amphibious, low quality toy.
Amphibious? yes, but don't put it in the water. It was broken within 10 minutes of use in the pool. Water went into the batteries (yes, the o ring was in place and correctly installed) and it short circuited I guess. The next morning when everything was dried the on/off button was stuck.Very low quality toy. At least I got $20 when I returned it, but I see I lost a lot of money for 10 mins of play.
