Sticky pads
Didn’t use it . The product that I ordered didn’t work

Good Product, Strong Hold
The sticky adhesive on my Abdominal Muscle Trainer lost their hold so I replaced them with these Gel Pads. I am very satisfied with the strong, sticky hold these Gel Pads have replacing the original adhesive on my Abdominal Muscle Trainer.

Not good.
The pads are only usable once or twice. After that they don't stick and you don't get the contact needed for a muscle contraction. You may feel it on one of the 6 abdominal pads.

These pads are awful. They are sticky and gooey. Difficult to use and messy as all heck.
