This stuff is incredible, I take it daily for my motility issues. I have been diagnosed with partial vagus nerve paralysis or autonomic neuropathy caused by type II diabetes, without this supplement my bowels fail to move, even with Rx meds like Trulance, finding this supplement has been a godsend. I love this products I have really hard time digesting food and this help alot. I been buying for over a year, had really help digest food. I also add apple cider to my meal.
