Good and Bad Points
Good points:1. Both heat and cold settings work well. You can feel the difference between the two.2. It's light weight and sits in the hand comfortably.3. Cordless device - you can walk around whilst using. Good for bathroom use.Bad points:1. Charging takes TOO long. It took me nearly 3 hours.2. I couldn't feel the vibration much.3. The device HEATS UP too much (even on the cold setting, it let's off heat from the vents)4. When I switched off the device after using the cold setting, the front plate went very HOT and wouldn't cool down. It was too hot for a switched off electrical device.Otherwise it's a very convenient little thing.

Very nice product, the device is quite light and easy to use everywhere. It gives a very nice hot/cold massage, leaving the skin tonic and regenerated straight away.

Disappointing customer
i found the flat panel too flat, if it curls a bit, it would gliding round the face much easier, if it has curl head, it could reach some parts of the face. Also the noise it produces is annoying, it could do with less noise!
