Nice for my chickens
I am using these to grow greens for my chickens and have them staggered dailyI followed instructions I found on youtube to grow using paper towels as the medium and it has working out nicelyI can now have fresh greens for my chickens every day with a minimal amount of daily work, just watering these trays and making sure they get adequate lightThis is a huge improvement from growing in mason jars with ill-fitting plastic lids or metal screens that always rust eventually

"A very unpleasant smell of low-quality plastic."
I placed it on the windowsill, and when I washed the mung bean sprouts today, I smelled a strong odor of low-quality plastic. I wanted to return it, but it's past the return period. Now I don't know how to deal with it. I wish I never brought it.

Good for larger seeds
I like to sprout seeds for my animals in winter as my winter season is rather long and they really appreciate some fresh greens. The tray sizes are good as is the water reservoir trays. My only complaint would be that the mesh holes are far too large for many seeds that most people like to sprout like brassicas and chia seeds. For mung beans and radish they will work fine. Others have suggested paper towels but it's easy to get mold that way, instead I'll get plastic mesh canvas sheets that are for arts and crafts and while it will add costs, they are easy to clean and won't mold.

Seed Sprouter Tray - Cheap quality, but should work
The media could not be loaded. I've been growing sprouts in mason jars for a few months now. I like the idea of growing microgreens but I didn't have a good setup. I tried it in a few recycled containers but they would dry out or the container would hold too much water. This is the perfect setup and I can't wait to see how they grow! With a ten-pack I'll be able to grow a few trays every couple days to always have fresh greens ready to eat. Check the size though! These are very large! As for quality, they are very cheap, thin plastic material. The edges aren't even smoothed over. When you insert the white drainage tray into the green tray it sits on top and doesn't fit together too well. I'm not sure how much of a gap you want between the two trays but there is quite a gap - the green tray is about double the depth of the white.

10 big BPA trays for microgreens with instructions
I tried growing my arugula microgreens in mason jars, but was entirely unsuccessful. I needed a tray such as these. We have our first batch started. I took a picture for scale next to my phone. These are pretty big. They fit on my counter, but do take up a bit of space.I like knowing they are BPA free. I think the price per tray is reasonable, $1.80/tray with the coupon. I’ve tried other trays, such as with jute as a growing medium. Hopefully my seeds work in these as I find the sieve style tidier. I love that the seller included instructions.

Sprouting trays
The seeds fall through the holds and my sprouts didn’t sprout after day 3. The stacking sprouting trays I had before worked better. I will be purchasing those again!

Seed Sprouter Tray
I have been growing my microgreen for few years already. Trying and texting several kinds of sprouting trays. This sprouting tray set was working okay but not the best one. The drain holes were great for large seed sprouting not great for the small seeds. Unless I placed a paper towel or planting paper. That will increase the cost for each time and easier to get mold underneath. The tray itself was not too durable and sturdy. But I'm not complaint because the cost about $2.20 for each. Personally, I prefer a better quality and don't mind to paid slightly more.

Great Microgreens Starting Set
What I Like:-Lots of trays!-Easy to use-SoilessWhat I Do Not Like:-Drain holes are a little large for small sees like chia but as another review suggested a paper towel on the bottom does the trickOverall I would recommend for anyone looking to get into micro greens, its a nice set with a lot of trays!
