The quality of the fabric/material used is very poor. Threads started to come out on second day of use (I even didn’t use the strap to cover)The product was used just to workout in gym for and hour, there wasn’t any friction also against which I could say that it’s pealing off.Waste of money

I gave some support to both my knees it comes with two knee sleeves and they're comfortable keep your leg warm. The strap does help with extended knee support for pain and activity on the patella
