Its noise cancellation part is awesome and the product is durable as the build quality is nice

It has two years of warranty and a pack of rubber bud rubbers comes with it and a premium pouch to carry it while travelling is also included inside and the noise cancellation part is very nice and voice is also clear

Very bad quality
No audio, plus it makes my Samsung phone hang every time I try to use it. I want to return it which they are not allowing. They will just replace this defectice product with another defective one of the same kind.

Best in Type C earphones
Promate's Type C earphones are a total win! The sound quality is amazing, and they look and feel super luxurious. Plus, the pouch they come with? Such a nice touch! It's like they're saying, "We've got you covered, wherever you go." Definitely worth every penny!

Sound quality is good, wire doesn't entangle. For longer duration usage wired earphones are best, it successfully replaces the 3.5mm earphones.

One of the worst sound quality
My advice is not to buy this product. It is not worth it; the sound quality is very poor, as is the recording quality. Why doesn't Amazon check the quality before promoting such products?
