Great quality product! You will not be disappointed!! This seat cushion is so versatile and can be used on any chair (without slipping) to maximize comfort and relieve lower back pain. The memory foam maintains its shape and the velour cover is so soft. I normally use it on my desk chair, but find myself taking it to the kitchen when I want to sit comfortably on my hard barstools. My family fights over the best seat in the house!

Recently was hit by a car on my bike and have a broken pelvis. My mom has a cushion that we took all over Europe last year and thought that would be good for my injury when seated. This cushion sounded like what I needed but is a big disappointment. First it is very hard. Generally all around not a soft seat. The depth of the cushion from front to back is too short so it does not properly fill an average chair seat. Third the tailbone opening is two large and edges around that are very hard which adds to the overall discomfort. All in all this fancy Orthopedic cushion does not compare remotely to the one mom has and does not fit my needs. Even causes additional pain and discomfort rather than providing a way of alleviating that.* for sizing reference I am 5'5", 135 lbs, small athletic frame.

I bought this for my aunt. My mom was visiting with her when this arrived at her home. She opened the package and immediately sat on it. My mom was there with her for about 3 1/2 hours and she sat on it almost the whole time. SHE LOVED IT! She said it was so comfortable. She’s tried so many things to try to relieve her pain in her tailbone, EVEN SURGERY! Nothing really worked. She’s even had a pain pump surgically placed to her lower back, it still doesn’t relieve her pain so that she could sit down for a good rest, on her butt. I bought two but from different sellers. This one is supposed to be memory foam but after using it a few times it doesn't spring back and is flatter now. It doesn't do the job I was hoping for and I still get pain, swelling and numbness when driving. The other brand I bought I use at my desk and is very comfortable, springs back and seems to work fine and without the pain.

This cushion is of excellent quality but because it is firm and rises up on the outer side edges (much like a bucket seat), it is NOT good for anyone with an artificial hip. It puts too much pressure on the sacroiliac joint and can cause sciatica.It should be an excellent cushion for anyone else. It is well made.

I ordered this 2 days after I fractured my sacrum. It is very effective in preventing pain when sitting. I did not need pain medication after the first week. Amazing after a fracture! State of the art materials. My doctor wants to recommend it to other patients.
