This product is wonderful. Pad cover is soft, stylish and removable for machine washing. 12x24 in size offers heat from neck to lower back where most stress is carried. Also great for covering the entire stomach for cramp issues of gut issues. This product is stable and forms nicely to where you need heat applied. Heats up nicely within 30 seconds. Has a high, medium, low settings. No worries if you forget to turn it off because it shuts off automatically after 2hrs. The cord is nice and thick so no worries for wear and tear or fraying. Great Product!!!

Product stopped working within a month. Amazon closes the return/refund window within a fortnight and does not offer any support or warranty thereafter. Both the seller and Amazon are jointly duping the customer. Product not even worth a single star.

Good heatimg options. Usefull for all kinds of muscle pain. The electric wire ahould be atleatst another additional 3 to 5 feet lomg

First of all, thank you for sharing this amazing product with us! I've tried many heating pads before without success, but your's is different. The material is great, and it heats up just like the product says. I love how big it is because it covers both my legs at once and reaches from my neck down my whole back. It's really comfortable, and within 20 seconds of starting it up, just like the pictures showed, it started heating, which I found to be an excellent feature and has been the best thing for relieving my pain. That's why I'd give this product a solid 5-star rating.

This product relieve my back pain, product quality and size is outstanding. It would be great if we have belt on this heating pad still product is good.

I use a heating pad on my back every day. This one heats my whole back it's so large, which is amazing. I like the time options it has as well. The only critique I have is that it starts out on level 3, which is a bit hot for me, so I have to click until it gets back to level 1, but that's nothing in comparison to how well it functions
