I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my plant arrived carefully packed and in perfect condition. He seems happy, healthy, and unfazed by his cross-country trek. Can’t wait to watch him grow up. :)

Updated: changing my review to a 1 star. The plant is not as advertised and the seller is not responsive to remedy the situation.Arrived quickly and packaged carefully. She had 5 leaves and was beautiful. After a gentle tug it was apparent it was not well rooted, I noticed a root growing upwards above the soil, and the two baby leaves at the bottom were yellowing. I gently removed her from the soil. The two baby leaves were not connected to the main plant and the main root was very immature. I didn’t expect much for a $30 Thai con but I expected it to be more than a water prop that was quickly stuffed in dirt. She’ll be fine, I put her back in water and separated the two dying baby leaves, they’re now treated as a tissue prop in a high humidity environment… But buyer beware you’re not getting a set it and forget it baby Thai con.

I am SO glad that I bought this little plant! I feel like this was the best online plant purchase I’ve ever made. The price is dirt cheap, the plant looks very healthy, it was packaged very well and it was perky right out of the box! It is not a huge and mature plant (I knew that from the pictures and others reviews) but it is beautiful and nearly perfect. It has 7 leaves and looks like it’s ready to pop out some more very soon! It is a very strong plant and I will be buying from this seller again. I am so pleased!

Plant arrived very well packaged, and healthy, minimal damage to leaves, but that is understandable since this guy had been in transit for the pass few days. I wanted to check the plug root ball that everyone else seems to recieve but when I carefully removed the plant, the soil is very fine. There seems to be sign of early root rot where there are black clumps of the potting mix that stick very well to the root, and I could not remove them just by putting the root into water, I have to gently rub the black parts off of the root. Non of the roots were over one inch. But i did see that there are new growth in the root system. Being very cautious about about root rot, I replaced the soil with a more chunky mix, hoping that I will eliminate the root rot. And it put it into a clear container to monitor the root growth. I am putting it under grow light and we will see how it will do within the next few days. I would have given this a 2 if it wasnt for the price. I am hopeful that the plant will make it, but the extra work that I have to do because of the arrival condition was a bit of a let down.

I’ve been monitoring the tracking updates like a crackhead since I ordered this. I was so nervous to order a live plant in the mail because I wasn’t sure how it would withstand shipping in the heat. It was shipped from California to Arkansas. I was pleasantly surprised!!! Seller wrapped it up good with paper and tape, as well as some cotton, and taped it in place in the box. She arrived happy and healthy! I didn’t take a photo, but I already assessed the roots and they look good! I am so happy. I can’t wait to watch it grow! As expected, it’s well variegated! I feel it’s an appropriate size. There is sign of new leaf formation. Fingers crossed all goes well from here!Update: it’s 2 months later, and I have a new leaf and it’s a bit taller. Growing well.

I don’t often write reviews, yet I felt the need to express my thoughts with this purchase. The majority of people reading this will be plant lovers who are looking for assurance that the living organism being transported in the mail to their new home is worth the money. First of all, the packaging was excellent. Not a leaf, root, or even a speck of dirt out of place. Second, the plant is gorgeous. Well cared for, pest free, with great foliage and a well-established root system. And third; value. Who doesn’t love a free gift? Plus the package was delivered fast. Overall, I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about my experience. I will definitely be making more purchases from this vendor in the future. 10/10

Came in looking very healthy and had a good root system. Shipping was very quick, which wouldn't normally be a problem, but it came two days sooner than expected when I was out of town, so it sat on my front step for 6 hours in the cold. Melted as soon as it got warm. Keeping my hopes up that it pulls through but if it doesn't I'll still order another and try again since I've had great luck with this seller in the past.

Pretty plant but first thing I noticed when I opened it was the extreme loose soil with the plant in the pot sitting on top! They’re selling plugs that they put in bigger pots right before shipping. It took almost 2 weeks for the plant to arrive, thankfully alive, but dry as a bone and half the leaves damaged. The new leaf is broken in spots and I’m just all around disappointed. I sadly expected more from the company. If they had been honest and said it’s a 1” plug PLANTED in a 3” pot I’d be fine with that, but the description literally states it’s a 3” potted rooted plant!
