Metled in seconds, are these the real thing?
The tips of the drill end just melted away in seconds. Material is too soft to drill stainless. Possible work on brass. Tried all three in the same screw barely manages to drill anything out at all. Worse than terrible..

Not perfect but works.
The item came in an unbranded box which is not how it was shown on Amazon. There were no instructions included. If you are looking for guidence on how to use this item there is a good YouTube video with instructions. You need to use the unthreaded side first and the threaded/conical side second. Remember the drill must be set to reverse both times.

stripped screw remover
Excellent quality product, works better than all others I have used. Four sizes to suit most screws. It removed my stuck screw in a few seconds. Every tool box should have a set of these.
