Good for price take out packet.. wrap round affective area and then discard,, does give you relief from pain

Quick and easy
Love these and the menthol in them very cooling and helps to support - came in handy when i sprained my ankle- like taking one on hikes with me just in case.

Cold but wet
I ordered these in the longer sizes so had more wrap around, these are great at cooling and pain relief for 2 hours but your top will get wet on top, bit uncomfortable in colld weather, may help to wrap an additional crepe bandage over them.....

Effective in reducing swelling
This bandage is helpful in cooling & reducing swollen limbs which helps with pain and healing. It’s long enough the wrap around a knee several times and will stay in place. Very effective

not as good as I thought it doesn't cool very good to help with the injury it says it lasts up to 2 hours but it dryes in less than that
