Super great quality!
I purchased these to decorate my co-worker's desk for her birthday. I was very impressed with how sturdy the crown was. It was full on metal. A bit heavy. The clip that held the sash closed at the bottom was so lovely (I wish I had thought to take a picture of it). My friend felt so special at work. Bonus was that this came with the balloons that matched the decorations, so I didn't have to look around trying to match up balloons.
